Get your smiles ready! Volleyball, 6th grade girls’ basketball and 6th grade boys’ basketball pictures will be taken Tuesday, February 21st starting at 8:30. Be sure to bring your uniforms!
SLC students will be sponsoring an RCMS St. Patrick's Day Dance for 6th-8th Grade on March 17th from 7-8:30 pm. This dance is for RCMS students only. Admission for the dance is $1. School dress code will be enforced.
This is a reminder that students will be dismissed 3 hours early on Thursday, February 16 for school improvement activities. In addition, there will be no school on Friday, February 17 due to parent/teacher conferences and Monday, February 20 for Presidents Day.

The 7th and 8th grade boys basketball game scheduled for tonight, January 30 has been cancelled. This game will not be rescheduled.

All RCMS basketball games scheduled for Wednesday, January 25th have been canceled. The 6th-grade boys' tournament schedule will be pushed back a day.
The One Book, One Community title for 2023 is Wild Bird by Wendelin Van Draanen! If the name sounds familiar it's because Wendelin is also the author of the 2014 One Book, Running Dream! Stay tuned for more information because we have an extra special event planned for this year's author visit! Copies of Wild Bird will be making their way out into the community next week.
6th Grade Girls Basketball Information
There will be only one 6th grade girls basketball game tonight, (January 17) vs. Albion with a 6 o'clock start time.
Tomorrow (January 18), the bus for the 6th grade girls basketball game vs. Fairfield will leave at 3:45 pm, with a 5 o'clock start time.

RCMS 7th and 8th Grade Boys' Basketball Schedule Changes--Thursday, January 5th, will now be played at Parkview Junior High in Lawrenceville. The January 12th game at Center Street School in Fairfield will now be played on January 11th.
