On Friday, March 25th, RCMS welcomed Amy Noelle Parks, the author of their One Book, One Community title, Summer of Brave. All RCMS students were able to attend a presentation from the author in the new high school auditorium and a select group of VIP students were invited to attend a special meet-and-greet at the end of the day. We were lucky enough to be Amy's first ever school visit and she was our first one since before covid happened. To say we all had fun would be an understatement! A special thanks goes out to the Carrie Winter Trust for helping us purchase copies of Summer of Brave and to ERFAE for helping us fund this amazing author visit!
