Mrs. Jennifer Fox, RCES Principal, was awarded the 2024-2025 IPA Wabash Valley Elementary Princpal of the Year at Eastside Elementary, Effingham and Mr. Rylan Rusk, Assistant to the Superintendent was awarded the 2024-2025 IPA Wabash Valley Assistant Principal of the Year at Richland County High School.
